Ownership of this policy is retained by Purchasing. Revisions must originate from Purchasing and approvals are necessary from the Vice Chancellor of Finance, SIUC Policies and Procedures, and the Chancellor.

This policy was created and approved by Chancellor Wendler with an effective date of February 24, 2005. The purpose of this policy is to ensure compliance with the State Computers Act (Public Act 93-0306).
